Critical Lift Plan, Crane Pick Plan, Certified Welder, Welding Procedure
Rigging was performed using hydraulic cranes, and rigging equipment per approved pick plan. All field personnel hold qualified rigger certification and OSHA-10 certification, and all field supervision hold OSHA-30 certification. All welding was performed by Los Angeles City (LA City) Certified Welders per engineered approved welding procedures.
